1 SCOPE

This Standard specifies the limits of fuel consumption for light-duty commercial vehicles.

This Standard applies to Category N1 vehicles fuelled by gasoline or diesel with maximum design speed at least 50 km/h， and Category M2 vehicles with a maximum design mass not exceeding 3，500 kg.

This Standard does not apply to the following special-purpose vehicles， e.g. special goods van， special goods tanker， special tipper， special goods box， special goods crane and special construction vehicle， etc.

3 TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of this document， the terms and definitions defined in GB/T 17350 and GB 18352.5-2013 apply.

4 APPLICATION FOR TYPE APPROVAL

4.1 The application for type approval of fuel consumption of a certain vehicle type shall be made by the manufacturer or its legal representative.

4.2 For application purpose， the Type Approval Application Report of Fuel Consumption as defined in Annex A shall be submitted in A4 format in triplicate， but Section A.8 and A.9 are exempted.

4.3 A sample vehicle representative of the vehicles for type approval shall be provided to the Technical Service responsible for type approval test.走光 偷拍
